My experience of meditation

I would like to share with you my experience after having meditaded for about 15 minutes. Imagine a computer that has been on for an entire day, with lots of processes running at the same time. The speed is slowing down and some of the processes have simply given up. For me, after my 15 min meditation it felt as though I had restarted my computer, the functions of my brains processes and mind were running smoothly again. Imagine; continuing to meditate regularly might enable us to let go of things that do not serve us and tidy up our mind, so that it can sort out what is necessary to hold on to.
