Alone time - for you and for those who live with you

As a parent is it so important to get time off from being just a parent from time to time. It doesn’t matter if you are super present with the kids all the time, you still need that alone time. So that you can collect new input, new energy, new surroundings in order for you to recognize and remember that you are that other person as well. That person who has her own inner desires and wishes, that person who is more than just a parent. Coming back after that break – you are more of you, with more resources and energy to be present with your family. Take time to pamper and prioritize yourself from time to time, you need it, but frankly, so does those living with you
